WTF is Free Writing?

Ah, free writing. I fucking LOVE FREE WRITING. It's a classic technique used by writers to warm-up, generate ideas, and just fuck around. I try to free write for seven minutes each morning. 

Even though it's informal, there are surprisingly a few rules to free writing. After typing out non-stop gibberish for seven minutes, I go back and correct punctuation and capitalization before publishing it.
